Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Value Stream Lead on roadmap input, prioritisation, and delivery planning.
  • •Gather and translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Own and manage the agile team backlog in Azure DevOps (ADO) to keep work clearly defined and ready for delivery.
  • •Collaborate across Index Management, R&D, Operations, Technology, and Data Platform teams to understand dependencies and delivery impacts.
  • •Perform hands-on user acceptance testing (UAT) and identify opportunities to improve automation and simplify legacy data processes in T3.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or hybrid PO/BA in an agile environment.
  • •Strong understanding of index products, index calculation workflows, and operational processes.
  • •Experience working with data-heavy platforms where data ingestion, validation, transformation, and quality drive outcomes.
  • •Comfort translating complex requirements into clear, actionable delivery items and engaging in technical discussions.
  • •Experience managing backlogs using Azure DevOps (ADO) or equivalent tools.
