Key Responsibilities

•Follow in full the QA processes and assist in organizing detailed design deliverables for WSP India projects.
•Prepare design specifications and calculations, cross-check against manufacturer data, and ensure standards compliance.
•Organize and perform detailed design work to regulatory standards with coordination across teams.
•Carry out technical calculations and supervise junior team members to ensure deadlines and quality.
•Contribute to project budgets and resource planning, and communicate progress with project leaders.

Key Requirements

•A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and membership in an accredited engineering body (or working towards).
•4+ years of hands-on experience with structural design and analysis using ETABS and SAFE.
•Ability to develop design calculations and coordinate with project teams to meet timelines.
•Experience in detailed design to relevant regulations and standards.
•Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with WSP India and project leaders.
