Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for successful large-scale infrastructure project delivery across all phases.
  • •Serve as primary executive point of contact for clients, developers, government authorities, utility providers, and other key stakeholders.
  • •Oversee contract administration, including variations, claims, extensions of time, and commercial risk management in line with FIDIC requirements.
  • •Lead technical and operational oversight for engineering design coordination, construction supervision, testing & commissioning, and handover across multiple infrastructure disciplines.
  • •Establish governance for quality, safety, and risk; ensure implementation of quality plans, HSE systems, and risk registers, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent engineering discipline.
  • •Minimum 20 years of relevant experience delivering major infrastructure projects.
  • •Minimum 10 years in senior leadership roles (e.g., Project Director, Project Manager, or Senior Resident Engineer) on large-scale infrastructure developments.
  • •Proven experience managing multidisciplinary consultancy teams and complex stakeholder environments.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure project delivery, including FIDIC contracts, project controls, commercial management, QA/QC, and HSE management.
