Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the technical vision, development, integration, and qualification of RF subsystems including generators, matching networks, filters, diagnostics/sensors, ICP source designs, and RF power distribution.
  • •Establish long-term RF technology roadmaps and define system requirements, performance targets, design standards, and engineering best practices for next-generation RF architectures.
  • •Optimize plasma and RF performance by analyzing RF-plasma interactions, including plasma ignition, coupling efficiency, process uniformity, matching, and wafer-to-wafer repeatability; guide RF control strategy development.
  • •Provide leadership for RF system integration across semiconductor processing platforms, including supplier evaluation, strategic partnerships, and complex RF/electrical/plasma troubleshooting.
  • •Serve as senior subject matter expert for RF engineering; mentor and develop talent and drive cross-functional engineering programs from concept through production.

Salary: USD 206,000 - 283,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field with 15+ years relevant industry experience; or Master’s with 12+ years; or PhD with 10+ years in semiconductor or related capital equipment development.
  • •Deep expertise in RF engineering and system-level design for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
  • •Ability to lead and develop RF engineering talent, including mentoring, succession planning, and career development.
  • •Experience partnering across electrical, mechanical, software, and process/manufacturing disciplines to deliver integrated system solutions.
  • •Understanding of system integration, troubleshooting, and root-cause investigations using experimental data and simulation tools.
