Job Summary

Lead customer-facing quality activities and coordinate cross-functional resolution of complex product and field issues. Serve as the primary technical interface between customers and internal teams to ensure product quality, reliability, and satisfaction across the full lifecycle. Own an end-to-end compliant process covering intake, triage, root cause analysis, and verification of corrective effectiveness, using structured problem-solving methods and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the main point of contact for customer quality issues, escalations, audits, and scorecards.
•Manage customer communications for nonconformances, containment, interim actions, and corrective plans.
•Own the end-to-end compliant process from intake and triage through containment, root cause analysis, and verification of effectiveness.
•Lead structured problem-solving using 8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa, Pareto, and DOE.
•Monitor key quality metrics (DPPM, AFR, LRR, MFR) and lead improvement plans; partner with SQE, MQE, and engineering teams, and lead or support Kaizen events.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: TWD 1,317,750 - 1,882,500 annually

Key Requirements

•15+ years of experience in Customer Quality, Supplier Quality, or Reliability Engineering.
•Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or manufacturing related field.
•Strong expertise in quality methodologies including 8D, FMEA, CAPA, and Six Sigma.
•Experience supporting hyperscale/cloud customers or the ODM/OEM ecosystem.
•Knowledge of semiconductor, server, or system-level products, including server platform design and reliability testing (HTOL, stress testing, system validation).
