  • •Engage the appropriate teams, subject matter experts, or stakeholders based on issue type and track issues through timely follow-up.
  • •Document system workflows, support processes, and escalation paths; help ensure efficient resolution and user support.
  • •Audit project work; create and maintain drawing standards and perform design review for manufacturability.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Design (or related discipline) and at least 4 years of relevant designer or IT work experience is required.
