Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Facilities Manager/clients in day-to-day operational management of FM services, including maintenance, housekeeping, soft services, and facility projects to keep the site safe and functional.
  • •Oversee contract service delivery performance and ensure SLA/KPI compliance to avoid penalties and deductions; monitor monthly using client evaluation forms and resolve/escalate issues.
  • •Coordinate vendors, contractors, and specialist services; manage procurement of materials/services/projects with strict adherence to procurement policies.
  • •Lead staffing planning and training by working with engineers/engineers/supervisors/team leaders, ensuring inductions and continuation training are recorded in personnel files.
  • •Execute contract process activities such as mobilization-to-demobilization planning, equipment orders, resource utilization monitoring, preventive/corrective maintenance supervision, and timely invoice raising; support energy management and technology/ROI proposals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Engineering/Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent) with technical knowledge of FM standards and processes.
  • •Minimum 5+ years managing service delivery for structured contracts with SLA/KPI applicability.
  • •Knowledge of CAFM system and effective implementation of full modules.
  • •Experience handling contracts covering both Hard and Soft services, including housekeeping and cleaning services.
  • •Driving license is mandatory; certifications preferred such as IOSH, NEBOSH, CFM, or PMP.
