Manage trade-in and inventory readiness, forecast vehicle flow, solve delivery escalations, and use Salesforce reporting and analytics to track performance and drive corrective actions. Collaborate across Field Sales, Lucid Financial Services, and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee new vehicle deliveries, lease returns, and trade-ins, ensuring accurate completeness of every customer transaction and state/local compliance.
•Lead and develop the field delivery team, including one-on-one coaching, training, and role-playing to improve customer satisfaction.
•Manage trade-in intake, titling paperwork, transfers via a third party, and coordinate pre-delivery inspections for trade-ins and upgrades.
•Forecast and manage vehicle inventory flow and readiness, including condition checks and requesting additional inventory.
•Manage escalations at delivery, run operational planning for the delivery pipeline, and use Salesforce reporting to track performance and implement corrective actions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4-8 years of experience in a leadership role within the automotive, transportation, or logistics industry.

•Strong problem-solving skills to identify technical, operational, and organizational roadblocks and provide solutions.
•Business owner mindset with confidence using Salesforce (CRM) and analyzing reports.
