Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain Facility Management category strategies aligned with business requirements, demand plans, and corporate procurement objectives.
  • •Lead end-to-end sourcing for integrated facility services, including hard/soft services and maintenance-related categories.
  • •Perform market analysis, supplier benchmarking, demand analysis, and cost modelling to identify cost optimization and service improvement opportunities.
  • •Prepare sourcing plans, statements of work, service specifications, commercial evaluation models, negotiation strategies, award recommendations, and contract documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
  • •10+ years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, category management, facilities management, or a related function.
  • •At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in strategic sourcing, commercial negotiation, contracting, and supplier management for Facility Management or general services categories.
  • •Practical knowledge of Facility Management service models, cost drivers, scope development, mobilization, performance management, and continuous improvement.
  • •Professional certification/membership (e.g., CIPS, ISM, IFMA, IWFM) is desirable.
