  • •Lead, mentor, and develop the architecture team; manage staffing, workloads, and resource allocation for efficient delivery.
  • •Serve as primary client contact and trusted advisor; lead meetings, design reviews, and progress updates.
  • •Lead architecture and engineering projects from proposal award through completion, including execution plans, schedules, staffing, and budgets.
  • •Ensure contract adherence, scope, fee structure, quality management, and proactive risk management to maintain efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • •Manage project financial performance (budget tracking/forecasting, change management, monthly invoicing, revenue recognition) and negotiate contracts and deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field plus 8 years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
