Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute milling operations to meet DOT, local, and commercial specifications.
  • •Interpret and apply plans and specifications, including application rates, grades, slopes, and drainage requirements.
  • •Coordinate all aspects of milling operations, including other crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • •Champion and enforce safety policies and procedures on the jobsite.
  • •Submit accurate daily electronic timecards and shift production reports, tracking material quantities and task codes.

Key Requirements
