Act as the functional SME for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, leading end-to-end support, enhancements, and optimization of SCM modules. Liaise with Supply Chain Operations, Sales Operations, and Development to ensure stable, scalable, compliant solutions; drive continuous improvement with CEMLI, releases, SIT/UAT, and cross-functional collaboration in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the functional SME for Oracle Fusion SCM applications, including Order Management and Shipping, Procurement and Receiving, Inventory Management, Global Trade Management, Manufacturing, and Quality.
•Provide production support with root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
•Translate business requirements into system design specifications, configurations, and integration needs.
•Collaborate with development teams on integrations, extensions, reports, and overall technical solution design, testing, and deployment.
•Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, and support quarterly Oracle releases and feature enablement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is required.
•10+ years of Oracle SCM experience, including 5 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
•Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules (Order Management, Shipping, Procurement and Receiving, Inventory Management, Global Trade Management, Manufacturing, Quality).
•Experience with CEMLI (Configurations, Extensions, Modifications, Localizations, and Integrations).
•Experience in Agile and/or ITIL environments; Oracle Cloud SCM Certification(s).
