Control fermentation operations for fermented intermediate ingredients at a Rochester, MN manufacturing site. Operate and monitor up to 8 fermentors using FIX systems and computerized controls, manage key parameters (pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen, agitation), and follow approved batch sheets. Maintain sanitation and GMP standards, perform sampling and coordinate with QA for corrective actions, and operate equipment including CIP/SIP systems and a forklift.
