Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and oversee department leads responsible for daily manufacturing activities and delivery targets.
  • •Promote a culture of zero incidents and proactive safety engagement with EHS compliance.
  • •Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to reduce waste and non-value-added activities.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop department leads and operational staff; set performance expectations and accountability.
  • •Develop and manage operational budgets/cost controls and support capital expenditure planning; ensure equipment reliability and maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an engineering discipline.
  • •5+ years in supervisory/management roles, with experience leading people leaders.
  • •Processing operations knowledge, including OSHA and general environmental regulations.
  • •Experience implementing Lean manufacturing practices with specific accomplishments.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
