Direct department leads across production, maintenance, and logistics; drive zero-incident safety and EHS compliance; implement Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement to reduce waste and variability; manage P&L, budgets, and capital planning; coach and develop people leaders to hit delivery targets.
