Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using custom car haulers and receive training for hauler driving.
  • •Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler, inspect the hauler and vehicles, and ensure the vehicle is safe to drive.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • •Complete state-specific requirements within required timeframes (notary and specialty license/verification where applicable).

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding loading/unloading and detailing tasks in indoor and outdoor conditions, including occasional exposure to inclement weather.
  • •Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 50 lbs and sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours).
  • •Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card (drug test required).
