Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain assigned areas of the policy framework as the single source of truth, ensuring consistent definitions, thresholds, and exceptions.
  • •Translate policy prose into applied standards, including decision logic flows, worked examples, edge-case handling, and labeling standards for review and automated enforcement.
  • •Build benchmark datasets to measure how closely enforcement matches policy intent, and turn measurement into actionable correction pathways.
  • •Audit and arbitrate policy interpretation by reviewing operational guidelines, training materials, and model-facing materials (e.g., decision trees and prompts) for sync with policy intent.
  • •Track policy changes and drive change management across downstream guidelines, tooling, labeling logic, and automated enforcement pathways with partner teams.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in policy, regulatory, or governance roles (e.g., tech, government, law).
  • •Experience working with policy frameworks and defining how principles apply in practice.
  • •Excellent written communication producing precise internal standards (e.g., briefs, position papers).
  • •Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for learning new systems/tools and handling complex data at volume.
  • •Sound judgment under ambiguity, with the ability to reach defensible positions and collaborate to deliver accurate work to tight timelines.
