Job Summary

Design and build agentic AI solutions to automate complex enrollment and benefits administration exception handling. You’ll modernize deterministic rule engines by combining DMN/XML rules with probabilistic LLM-driven reasoning, create AI-assisted scenario generation and test automation, and deliver reliable production workflows through MLOps, monitoring, and governance. Work with AI agents orchestration using LangGraph/LangChain and scale decisioning across high-volume transactional environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop Agentic AI solutions to automate enrollment change scenarios that currently require manual intervention.
•Build AI-powered agents that analyze exceptions, recommend actions, and generate new rule definitions from emerging production scenarios.
•Modernize next-generation rule systems by combining deterministic business rules with probabilistic AI reasoning, operationalizing DMN/XML rules.
•Develop AI-assisted test case generation frameworks to identify unseen exception paths and accelerate validation and simulation.
•Implement MLOps pipelines for deployment, monitoring, and governance, with observability/evaluation frameworks for AI agents and rule engines.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI systems, including building AI agents.
•Expert-level Python development with experience building production-grade applications and APIs, plus testing and CI/CD practices.
•Experience with business rule engines and decision management, including DMN (Decision Model and Notation) and XML-based rule representations (PyDMN preferred).
•Experience with MLOps: model deployment, monitoring, lifecycle management, and knowledge of containerization/cloud-native architectures.
•Experience working with large-scale transactional systems and operational data for scenario classification and exception handling.
