Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide market advocacy for digital asset custody capabilities by engaging regulators, consortiums, and industry groups and converting market insight into product implications.
  • •Define and drive digital assets product strategy, priorities, and roadmaps for tokenised securities/funds and custody, aligned to SSV/CIB objectives and target clients.
  • •Lead product discovery and early-stage definition for R&D-style initiatives, including business case inputs and planning from pilots/PoCs to scalable delivery.
  • •Own product governance and reporting cadence, escalating blockers and tracking roadmap status, decisions, risks/issues, and dependencies.
  • •Translate product objectives into delivery scope for Technology and Programme Management, define requirements and sign-off, and support go-to-market planning with adoption and success measures.

Key Requirements

  • •Disciplined product management experience delivering complex product/platform or client onboarding initiatives with strong governance, prioritisation, and trade-off decisions.
  • •Experience translating strategy into roadmap, requirements, and release planning using Agile delivery practices.
  • •Strong cross-functional leadership across Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal to drive decisions in complex delivery environments.
  • •Proven requirements and testing awareness, including SDLC and business change techniques, with solid modelling and scenario planning.
  • •Financial services experience (e.g., fund administration, transfer agency, global custody/trustee, or investment management) and strong understanding of complex operations and mandatory regulations; digital assets experience preferred (tokenised securities/funds and/or digital asset custody, excluding crypto custody).
