Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce quality grade products for customers on the utility line.
  • •Remove WOG from the deli line, inspect for proper stringing, and adjust strings for final trussing.
  • •Truss and place WOG into the correct processing flow, including inspecting for defects and removing downgraded product as needed.
  • •Box, label, weigh, and prepare cases for machines, including operating equipment such as the CVP machine.
  • •Maintain cleanliness, observe and report equipment malfunctions or safety issues, and participate in process improvement and problem solving.

Key Requirements

  • •High School diploma or G.E.D preferred.
  • •Ability to comprehend simple instructions and apply common sense.

  • •Ability to multitask and work quickly while maintaining good hand-eye coordination.
  • •Basic computer skills or willingness to learn preferred.
