Key Responsibilities

  • •Continuously assess hazardous chemical inventory tracking across the mass manufacturing site, including receipts, line/process usage, storage quantities, max on-site amounts, average daily amounts, and container counts by location
  • •Use inventory outputs to prepare, quality-check, and submit Tier II and TRI filings on schedule, archiving calculations and submission packages
  • •Own continuous emissions and activity tracking for emission sources in mass manufacturing, including maintaining applicable reporting such as annual emission fees
  • •Perform internal audits on inventory integrity, emissions data completeness, and recordkeeping gaps, and drive corrective actions with manufacturing stakeholders
  • •Support permit applications, amendments, and renewals while monitoring regulatory changes and maintaining relationships with stakeholders such as TCEQ, RRC, LCRA, and local county/city

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree
  • •1+ years of professional experience designing, developing, and executing environmental and regulatory compliance programs
  • •Experience operating or building compliance programs in an industrial or manufacturing setting (e.g., inventory tracking, emissions/activity tracking, or related reporting)
  • •Ability to work extended hours and weekends when needed
  • •Eligibility to comply with ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen/national, lawful permanent resident/green card holder, refugee, asylee, or eligible to obtain authorizations from the U.S. Department of State)
