Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead/support spare management improvement activities with cross-functional groups to meet F15 site strategy goals (Cost/Scale/Quality/Cycle Time).
  • •Provide technical consulting and hands-on assistance to create/identify solutions, troubleshoot existing ones, and deploy new solutions.
  • •Monitor and communicate progress to partners.
  • •Collaborate with Global Bench team and local suppliers to expand in-house/domestic repairs and implement best solutions and advanced technologies.
  • •Discuss with global/other sites and domestic/international suppliers and support progress tracking and counterpart support.

Key Requirements

  • •Min. 3 years of experience in manufacturing.
  • •Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering.
