Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide advisory and transactional legal support for Macro and GCF business in OTC, structured products, and SFTs (repo and securities lending).
  • •Advise on regulatory change matters impacting coverage areas.
  • •Support and advise on key digital asset initiatives in the region and globally, including advising on new business and digital initiatives.
  • •Advise senior management in Markets and Securities Services Asia Pacific on issues impacting coverage areas across businesses and functions.
  • •Coordinate regional and global legal collaboration, including work with global colleagues on digital asset topics, global template documentation, and participation in industry working groups (e.g., ISDA, EMTA).

Key Requirements

  • •Deep experience with markets products documentation, regulatory issues, and market-related legal documentation
  • •Strong awareness of regulatory issues affecting markets products and their documentation
  • •Advisory and transactional experience across Macro and GCF business in OTC, structured products, and SFTs (repo and securities lending)
  • •Experience in law firms and in-house legal teams covering similar work
