Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development and execution of the global Diversity & Inclusion strategy and annual priorities
  • •Lead cross-functional inclusion initiatives from concept through implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement
  • •Develop project plans, success metrics, and executive/stakeholder communications
  • •Provide governance and operational support for global Employee Resource Groups
  • •Analyze employee engagement, workforce demographics, and program outcomes to identify trends and inform strategy

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in human resources functions such as diversity and inclusion, HR business partner, employee benefits, talent acquisition, employee relations, or talent development
  • •Proven ability to strategize and work proactively with minimal supervision
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • •Demonstrated project management experience
  • •Experience collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to guide strategy
