Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape and champion the Wealth Academy, setting strategy and governance so training and recognition align to the Academy vision, brand, and business priorities.
  • •Support the end-to-end Wealth learning agenda by setting design and delivery standards for compliant, engaging, commercially impactful programs.
  • •Build a scalable curriculum and delivery model (blended learning, digital, classroom, on-the-job) and use data and frontline feedback to improve adoption and effectiveness.
  • •Partner with senior stakeholders and functions (Compliance, Risk, HR, and external providers) to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and timely deployment across markets/segments.
  • •Lead recognition strategy and academy communications, including performance celebrations, success stories, career pathways, and accreditation frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience leading learning & development, capability building, or employee engagement at scale, ideally in banking/wealth management and regulated environments.
  • •Strong wealth management background with credible exposure to investment and insurance products to translate product complexity into frontline capability.
  • •Strong facilitation and communication skills with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and varied audiences.
  • •Experience designing and governing recognition programmes and internal communications to shift culture and improve performance outcomes.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling narratives, success stories, and performance celebrations.
