Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as Visa’s Fleet payments and ecosystem SME, designing and evolving client and partner fleet solutions.
  • •Work with external partners to build, launch, and scale new fleet and mobility solutions through go-live.
  • •Translate Visa platform capabilities (authorization, clearing, payment processing) into actionable implementation guidance for partners across markets and use cases.
  • •Lead technical problem-solving and solution design across markets and use cases, removing integration blockers and enabling rapid decision-making.
  • •Bring the voice of the customer back to Global Product to inform the future Fleet product development roadmap and demonstrate thought leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
  • •12+ years of relevant product management or solutioning experience with deep fleet and mobility payments and ecosystem experience.
  • •Strong technical fluency in payment processing and ecosystem integration, including issuer and acquirer capabilities and platform constraints.
  • •Experience translating payment processing concepts (authorization, clearing, payment processing) into actionable implementation guidance.
  • •Proven experience engaging with client and partner executives and leading technical problem-solving and solution design across markets and use cases.
