Job Summary

Lead complex ServiceNow implementations for enterprise clients, spanning ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules. Gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions while providing technical leadership to junior team members. Configure and customize applications using platform best practices, integrate with external systems via REST/SOAP and MID Servers, and support pre-sales solutioning, demos, and proposals. Maintain security/compliance standards and recommend platform enhancements based on ServiceNow releases.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions.
•Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
•Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, ensuring platform integrity, and integrate using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
•Conduct code reviews and performance tuning, stay current with ServiceNow releases, and support pre-sales activities including solutioning, demos, and proposal development.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
•Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
•Required certifications aligned to seniority (CSA with CIS-(any) and CAD; senior includes CAS with 3+ CIS(Any) and CAD).
•Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model, plus development skills across JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.
