Provide an industry-leading client experience in person and by phone while building and expanding relationships. Advise on consumer lending, take loan applications, and help meet client service and branch sales targets through consultative conversations and referrals. Participate in retail leadership routines, continually improve sales and product knowledge, and follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies. Cross-trained to perform required teller duties as needed.
