Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Comms product area end to end (why, what, how), reporting into the Client Platform domain product lead.
  • •Set the long-term communication experience vision for clients and internal teams across Ebury.
  • •Define and prioritize the roadmap to stand up Push Notifications, Attachments, Statements, and in-platform Chat as scalable services, alongside evolving Email.
  • •Work embedded with Engineering to shape technical approach, stay close to architecture/trade-offs, and unblock delivery.
  • •Establish success metrics (deliverability, engagement, latency, reliability) and use data plus team/client feedback to drive prioritization and impact.

Key Requirements

  • •2-3 years in Product for a fintech or SaaS business, ideally re-platforming or scaling an existing capability, or a strong engineering/technical background moving into product.
  • •Builder mindset: re-architect something that already works into a standalone, independently scalable service without breaking client dependencies.
  • •Comfort with architecture discussions and technical collaboration with engineers as a peer (e.g., reading system diagrams or participating in code reviews).
  • •Systems-thinking around communications across channels (email, push, documents, live chat) and designing for long-term platform needs.
  • •Metric-driven approach: set baselines/targets and use data to decide what to build; comfortable using modern tools, including AI, to work faster.
