Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead overall engineering execution for Yukon, IMS, and BUC software, ensuring on-time and quality delivery.
  • •Manage and grow a team of full-stack/UI developers and drive enterprise solution development for utilities on-premise and cloud applications.
  • •Develop execution strategy for planned releases and oversee complex programs/projects (scope, quality, time, budget).
  • •Drive adoption of agile development methodologies and SAFe across utilities software.
  • •Hire and develop new talent; collaborate with product managers/owners and program managers to align delivery with business direction.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Science Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 10 years of software development experience.
  • •1+ years of managing a team.
  • •1+ years leading development teams in an agile environment.
  • •Experience as a full stack developer in Java, C#, React, and jquery, with strong code review and debugging skills.
