Workplace Coordinator (Contractor)

Be the heartbeat of the San Francisco office by welcoming employees, visitors, and contractors and ensuring a warm, inclusive first impression. Own reception and workplace operations including visitor sign-in, badge access, supplies and parking validation inventory, and coordinating mail, packages, and deliveries. Support events and space setup, help with security/access control tasks, and resolve day-to-day workplace requests by partnering with Workplace, IT, and People teams.
