Build trusted relationships with customers through proactive outreach and follow-up across in-person, by-appointment, and virtual channels. Assess customer banking needs, gather and process information, and recommend deposit and loan solutions aligned to individual goals. Maintain knowledge of consumer and business products, including digital and self-service tools, while delivering an accurate, high-quality client experience. Partner with branch teams, open new accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications.
