Key Responsibilities

  • •Review training needs with plant/complex management teams and identify training gaps with location leaders.
  • •Design and deliver learning programs and in-house learning assets (eLearning, ILT) including storyboarding and learning development transactions.
  • •Manage project planning, budgeting, resourcing, and timelines, including mass enrollments and monitoring.
  • •Measure learner experience by aggregating and analyzing course feedback/results, launching surveys, and driving continuous improvement and certification eligibility.
  • •Manage qualification processes and learning technology tools; deliver live training and coordinate training logistics with plant training specialists.
