Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct daily site inspections and perform hazard identification and risk assessments.
  • •Monitor Permit-to-Work activities and ensure PPE compliance.
  • •Deliver Toolbox Talks and conduct HSE inductions.
  • •Support emergency response, investigate incidents and near misses, and report HSE observations and corrective actions.
  • •Maintain HSE documentation and records and monitor contractor compliance while promoting continual HSE improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma, certificate, or technical qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
  • •3–5 years of relevant HSE experience.
  • •Experience in facilities management or similar operational environments (e.g., cleaning services, maintenance, logistics, construction, port operations).
  • •Competence in site HSE inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
  • •Ability to monitor Permit-to-Work and ensure PPE compliance.
