Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the key liaison between internal teams and Chinese-speaking stakeholders to facilitate clear technical and commercial communication.
  • •Coordinate project activities, monitor milestones, and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
  • •Prepare high-quality presentations, technical reports, and project updates for leadership and stakeholders.
  • •Support cross-functional collaboration across engineering, R&D, manufacturing, procurement, and commercial teams.
  • •Support China office operations, supplier engagement, and technology-related initiatives to drive successful project execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline (PhD preferred).
  • •Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
  • •Strong technical understanding of engineering and scientific concepts.
  • •Proven experience coordinating complex, technology-driven projects.
  • •Advanced PowerPoint, reporting, and analytical skills.
