Shape the technical foundation for global money movement capabilities by designing and building reliable, scalable, high-throughput backend services. •Deliver core high-throughput platform services and ensure operational excellence.
•Integrate and champion AI capabilities to accelerate engineering productivity and enhance developer workflows.

Key Requirements

•Proven delivery of highly available distributed backend systems and high-throughput services under real-world constraints.
•Strong system architecture and API design experience, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
•Proficiency with modern backend stacks including C#, Java, Golang, or C++, and experience with AWS or other cloud-native platforms.
•Hands-on mindset contributing directly to production code, proof-of-concepts, and technical deep dives.
•Ability to lead technically by setting direction and mentoring engineers, with experience driving agile execution.
