Build and scale Codility’s partnerships motion in the talent acquisition and HR technology ecosystem. Source, develop, and deepen referral, reseller, integration, and strategic partnerships that open access to enterprise organizations. Manage stakeholder relationships across large partner orgs, turn conversations into qualified pipeline and revenue, and work with commercial, product, and technical teams. Help create repeatable partnership processes, including tracking, enablement, remuneration, and reporting.
