The North Face: Floor Supervisor - Sawgrass Mills

Direct, develop, and motivate a team of brand associates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to drive profitability through customer engagement, merchandising, store operations, and community connection while staying compliant with company standards. Support staff training and ongoing development, oversee floor coverage including opening/closing, help achieve financial and operational objectives, and maintain visual merchandising and selling-floor replenishment standards.
