Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through onboarding, ensuring timely vacancy closure.
  • •Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, define candidate profiles, and set recruitment strategies.
  • •Develop and execute sourcing strategies using channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, agencies, career fairs, and referrals, while maintaining talent pipelines.
  • •Conduct sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, and shortlisting; coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback.
  • •Prepare and negotiate employment offers, conduct reference/background checks, maintain recruitment records and systems (ATS), and report on recruitment metrics while ensuring Saudization compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent from an accredited university.
  • •Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • •Demonstrated proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • •Preferred: Arabic language proficiency.
  • •Preferred: CIPD, SHRM-CP, PHR, or an equivalent professional certification.
