Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, partnering with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and recruitment strategies. Source and screen candidates using channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networks, agencies, career fairs, and referrals, while building talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions. Coordinate interviews, run competency-based assessments, negotiate offers, and ensure onboarding, compliance, and timely vacancy closure.
