Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Manage portfolios of Global Corporate clients in Jakarta with accountability for achieving business objectives and delivering service, risk and operational excellence.
•Identify and acquire new customers and grow market share/wallets from existing portfolios to achieve aggressive financial targets.
•Ensure decisions and actions comply with Credit Guidelines, policies and Bank Indonesia regulations.
•Provide high-level sales and marketing leadership with a customer-driven approach and entrepreneurial mindset.
•Collaborate with internal product and risk teams to deliver multi-product solutions and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Requirements

•Extensive Corporate Banking experience with front-line exposure, including sales, commercial lending, credit structures, risk assessment and trade finance.
•Proven track record of building long-term customer relationships and achieving revenue goals.
•Deep understanding of the local market and regulatory landscape.
•Proven portfolio growth and success in acquiring new-to-bank business.
•Relevant Risk Management Certification.
