  • •Lead a cross-functional team across hardware supply, logistics, engineering, and related functions to achieve mission success.
  • •Operate independently in a high-stakes OCONUS environment, building trust with customers, partners, users, and internal teammates.
  • •Develop deep mission expertise and translate customer requirements and CONOPS to Anduril engineers.
  • •Develop product expertise on the Air Defense Family of Systems and use user feedback to continuously improve capability and team performance.

Key Requirements
