Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary finance liaison between the US branch and Korea HQ for local compliance and alignment with global policies and governance.
  • •Own local annual budgets, mid-to-long-term business plans, and financial forecasts in partnership with Korea HQ.
  • •Review project-based budget proposals, track budget vs. actuals, and coordinate real-time adjustments with HQ.
  • •Coordinate local accounting, tax, treasury deliverables with external firms and HQ, including support for SOX/internal control audits.
  • •Administer and reconcile corporate credit cards and employee reimbursement (T&E), including training on policy and resolving outstanding reimbursement claims.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 126,000 - 197,640 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, or a related field.
  • •Experience operating as a finance generalist in a multinational subsidiary or foreign branch.
  • •Native or professional-grade fluency in both English and Korean.
  • •Working knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
