Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with clients, suppliers, and business partners.
  • •Advise on legal documents and commercial arrangements to align with WPP policies and risk frameworks.
  • •Support RFPs by identifying contractual risks and providing legal guidance.
  • •Maintain contract records and documentation through internal contract management systems, including coordinated execution and reporting.
  • •Manage relationships with external law firms and support corporate governance, employment matters, and audit/compliance activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified lawyer with experience in Corporate and Commercial Law.
  • •Experience in a multinational organisation and/or a leading law firm.
  • •Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • •Excellent understanding of corporate and contract law with strong commercial awareness.
  • •Advanced written and spoken English and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and markets.
