Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain local and national databases to keep records for new arrivals and departures accurate and up to date.
  • •Prepare information and documentation for Sentence Planning Reviews so prisoner files include all required information.
  • •Record and maintain contact logs, emails, and case information in relevant systems, including NOMIS.
  • •Manage prisoner files in line with data protection requirements and established timelines.
  • •Support Post Programme Reviews by arranging meetings, recording minutes, and distributing reports to stakeholders, and produce audits and regular reports for quality assurance.
