Own the nonorganic growth strategy by scanning the market for trends, partnerships, and emerging data assets that expand competitive advantage. Drive competitive intelligence, build and manage strategic relationships, and evaluate and execute partnership agreements. Lead joint go-to-market and co-marketing initiatives while partnering with Strategy, Product, Sales, and Operations to align opportunities to multiyear plans and investment priorities.

•Continuously monitor industry trends, competitive shifts, and emerging technologies to bring market intelligence into the organization.
•Identify nonorganic growth opportunities including partnerships, data acquisitions, and ecosystem plays aligned to strategic objectives.
•Build, cultivate, and manage strategic relationships with partners, vendors, data providers, industry associations, and innovators.
•Evaluate, negotiate, and drive execution of partnership agreements and joint go-to-market, co-marketing, and co-ideation initiatives.
•Source and evaluate new data sets and alternative data assets, assess strategic fit and feasibility, and develop business cases using financial models and ROI analysis.

Salary: USD 136,100 - 252,800 annually

•10+ years of experience in market strategy, business development, partnerships, data commercialization, or related fields.

•Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment.
•Deep understanding of healthcare data markets, including claims, provider data, patient insights, SDoH, and data governance.
