Project Manager III

Lead a high-profile federal program end-to-end, serving as the primary onsite client point of contact. Oversee design reviews, estimates, quality control, schedule and budget adherence, and claims avoidance procedures. Coordinate design team approvals, value engineering initiatives, and owner-directed vendors and consultants. Manage pre-construction and construction/design cycle administration, support contract negotiations, and analyze risks and changes (CO/PCO) with recommendations to leadership.
