Key Responsibilities

  • •Support SGH IWPB implementation and delivery of Business Financial Crime Risk (BFCR) management requirements.
  • •Lead multiple BFCR initiatives, including risk mitigation, projects, data analytics, and reviews.
  • •Provide first-line subject-matter input on financial crime risk management and the control environment to support delivery.
  • •Support execution decisions on financial crime control solutions, escalating issues, risks, and dependencies when needed.
  • •Oversee end-to-end project phases (testing, simulation, business readiness, implementation) and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in an appropriate discipline.
  • •Proven leadership experience managing priorities and delivering multiple projects to successful completion.
  • •Strong understanding of IWPB business and financial crime risk, operating model, and Group policies/standards.
  • •Resource management capability, including communication, delegation, and planning, to achieve objectives.
  • •Strong written communication and collaboration skills across the Group, ideally delivering large-scale regulatory initiatives within IWPB (e.g., account opening or due diligence).
