Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive research and development for data center infrastructure standards and built-to-suit/leased projects in the Asia Pacific region.
  • •Innovate on cooling and power technologies, including liquid cooling and water-saving or water-free cooling, plus power supply and energy storage to meet high-density needs.
  • •Develop an AI agent system for data center maintenance that learns from large multimodal maintenance data to support monitoring, diagnosis, and repair.
  • •Build an intelligent closed-loop approach to optimize HVAC and power systems using time sequence prediction and reinforcement learning.
  • •Enable automated root-cause analysis from heterogeneous monitoring data and ensure AI operations integrate with existing platforms and tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Energy & Power, Materials, Refrigeration, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or related fields (preferred).
  • •Strong problem analysis and solving skills with an innovative, rigorous mindset and the ability to independently overcome technical difficulties.
  • •Independent research capabilities for theoretical and applied research.
  • •Familiarity with liquid cooling, thermal management, hydrophilic coatings, renewable energy, and energy storage; stay current on cutting-edge industry technologies.
  • •Preferred: familiarity with LLM principles and technology ecosystems, including experience with large model applications or multimodal content understanding.
