Job Summary

Support day-to-day financial and compliance operations for ETF, mutual fund, closed-end fund, and business development company clients. Monitor fund budgets, prepare and review board meeting materials, and produce SEC and GAAP-compliant financial statements and filing requirements. Test portfolio compliance with the Investment Company Act of 1940 and related prospectus and tax guidelines, while coordinating ad-hoc fund initiatives and mentoring teammates as you grow.

•Monitor and/or review fund budgets based on contractual agreements, fee proposals, and expense trends.
•Prepare and assist with ETF and other fund client board of directors meeting materials, including virtual meeting support when needed.
•Prepare and/or review financial statements and related footnotes for shareholders and the SEC to meet GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements.
•Test and/or review portfolio compliance with the Investment Company Act of 1940, stated prospectus limitations, and internal revenue code guidelines.
•Lead or support financial reporting filing requirements for ETF or other fund fiscal years and coordinate ad-hoc projects such as fund launches, M&A, and liquidations.
