Own procurement execution and sourcing support for high-impact service categories spanning Marketing, Sales, Brand, PR & Communications, Fleet, and Service. Coordinate intake, PR/PO readiness, contract routing, amendments, change orders, and invoice alignment with Legal, Finance, and Accounts Payable. Support low-to-mid complexity sourcing and negotiations, build reporting and dashboards using Excel, and drive continuous improvement and procurement transformation across tools, systems, and processes.
