Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Protect and grow our business with a top global tech client as part of the account team; focus on operational delivery to meet all service commitments.
•Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders at appropriate levels and serve as the first point of contact for new projects, opportunities, and issues.
•Coordinate with DP World internal stakeholders (operations, engineering, IT, etc.) to execute on customer commitments and ensure cross-site consistency.
•Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by regularly evaluating client needs against current services/solutions.
•Prepare and maintain KPI/scorecard data to support regular business reviews (MBR, QBR, EBR) and drive follow-up on actions, changes, and commercial resolves.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•University degree required; business or engineering degree preferred
•Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in the contract logistics industry and in freight forwarding
•Must have excellent communication skills and ability to work well across borders
•Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
•Lean, Six Sigma experience or certification is a big plus and strong problem-solving mindset
